I found it the way I find most of the interesting one, via del.icio.us which is probably still one of my favorite sites of all time -- and certainly the first place I go whenever there's a pause in the action.

Anyway, Top 100 Undiscovered Websites is a list of sites flying under the radar. Since I love that kind of stuff, I thought maybe you would, too.
